01
Prepare the ingredients
Preparations | Perfume Base, Fragrance Oil (Blooming Bouquet), Flora 100ml Empty Bottle, Mini Funnel, Scale, Glass Rod, Glass Beaker, Gold Oval Label (Large), Flora 100 Perfume Bottle Packaging Box
02
Sterilize the Glass Bottle
Before making perfume, it is recommended to use the glass beaker and empty bottle to be used after lightly washing them with sterilizing ethanol or perfume base.
03
Weighing Perfume Base
Perfume cupping rate (fragrance oil mixing ratio) is up to about 15%. Perfume base is weighed about 80g based on 100ml perfume glass.
04
Measuring Fragrance Oil
The fragrance ratio of perfume is about 15%, which is about 12g based on 100ml perfume glass. If you are making 300ml of perfume at one time, it is recommended to use a large beaker to measure it. (About 36g of fragrance oil based on 300ml)
** Perfume base and fragrance oil have different specific gravity and grams when converted to water.
** The maximum fragrance ratio varies depending on the fragrance, so please refer to the detailed page of the fragrance oil you want.
05
Mixing (Aging)
Using a glass rod, stir well for about 1 minute to mix the flavors nicely. If you've made it this far, the actual perfume is ready. A freshly finished perfume may have a strong alcoholic taste. We recommend putting it in an airtight container for about two weeks to use a soft, mature, and long-lasting fragrance. Stir once daily to round and enjoy a more delicate scent.** The perfume base contains several additional ingredients, such as a light-blocking agent, and may cause precipitation overtime when reacting with the fragrance. Depending on the scent, there may be variations, but it is not a foreign substance. To make it completely clean, it is recommended to filter it once a week after mixing and put it in a perfume bottle.
06
Putting in the Bottle
If you do not go through the rounding process, it is recommended to put it in an empty bottle through a glass beaker and let it mature for 1 to 2 weeks before use. If the entrance is small and uneasy, use a mini funnel to put the perfume into an empty bottle.
07
Match the Spray Length
Cut the spray nozzle to the length of the empty bottle. You can use it stably until the end if you cut it at an angle slightly longer than the floor based on the actual bottle's shoulder line.
08
Fixing the Spray
Use the CW spray tool to hold the spray in place. It can be easily fixed by placing it in the center and applying force from above.
09
Labeling
Attach the Gold Oval Label (Large), the exclusive label for the 100ml Flora Perfume Bottle.
10
Packing
Pack using Flora's dedicated packaging box, and finish with ribbons and labels.
