Aroma Oil Roll-On for Winter Condition Care

In stuffy indoor environments caused by heating during the cold season, this portable roll-on recipe uses natural oil ingredients to help refresh the mind and support a more balanced biological rhythm, which can easily be disrupted as daylight hours grow shorter.

The recipe features the newly launched Frosted Glass Roll-on 10ml for convenient, anytime use, and incorporates the CW Oil Perfume Base, newly formulated with antioxidant and stabilizing components. This allows you to create an oil perfume easily without the need to add separate antioxidants.

Preparing the Ingredients

Measuring the Natural Ingredients

Based on a 10 ml translucent glass ball roll-on, adjust the formulation to 95% CW Oil Perfume Base (9.5 g) and 5% natural ingredients (0.51 g).
When blending with the CW Oil Perfume Base, fragrance materials are used at a maximum concentration of 5%. Depending on the type of fragrance material, a usage range of 5–10% is recommended.

Concept 1. “Warm & Clear Air” Blending Recipe
Designed to refresh dry, stuffy indoor air caused by winter heating, this blend combines the crisp breath of eucalyptus with the warm, comforting touch of orange to create a winter atmosphere that feels easy and pleasant to breathe.
*EUCALYPTUS GLOBULUS OIL 0.28 g (55%)
* SWEET ORANGE OIL VALENCIA 0.18 g (35%)
* FRANKINCENSE OIL 0.05 g (10%)

Concept 2.Deep Winter Sleep Blending Recipe
This calming and balancing blend is centered around lavender to help stabilize biological rhythms that can become disrupted as daylight hours shorten, supporting deep, restful sleep even amid winter dryness and tension.
* LAVENDER BULGARIA OIL 0.26g (50%)
*SWEET MARJORAM OIL 0.15g (30%)
* CEDARWOOD OIL VIRGINIANA 0.1g (20%)
** Because the CW Oil Perfume Base and natural essential oils have different specific gravities (relative densities compared to water), measurements in grams (g) will differ from milliliter (ml) measurements. When weighing in grams, test and measure one unit first to adjust the exact formulation amounts accordingly.

Measuring the CW Oil Perfume Base

After zeroing the scale, measure and add 9.5 g of the newly released CW Oil Perfume Base.

Formulated with newly developed antioxidant and stabilizing components to prevent oil oxidation, allowing oil perfumes to be created easily without the need for additional antioxidants. Simply add fragrance materials to complete an oil perfume with ease. This oil-type perfume base is designed to minimize stickiness and slipperiness, providing a stable and comfortable application experience.

Mixing the Fragrance Oils with the Base and Filling the Bottle

After thoroughly blending the measured natural ingredients with the CW Oil Perfume Base using a glass rod, carefully transfer the mixture into the translucent glass ball roll-on bottle using a mini funnel.

Assembling the Translucent Glass Ball Roll-On Bottle

Secure the roller ball and shake well to ensure the contents are thoroughly blended.
For larger batches, measure and mix the ingredients in a beaker first, then transfer the mixture into the prepared bottles.

The Frosted Glass Roll-on 10ml uses an inert glass roller ball that does not react with fragrance materials, reducing the risk of scent alteration or degradation compared to other materials. It also provides a smooth, low-friction rolling experience on the skin and delivers excellent spreadability for formulations ranging from low-viscosity liquids to slightly thicker oils.

** Product Use Tips
If the roller ball does not roll smoothly, lightly tap the bottle to help the ball settle into position.
If air bubbles are trapped around the ball, gently press the ball with your finger to release the bubbles for smoother rolling.

Styling

Finish by applying the Aromatic Bottle Label (Roll-On) to the completed aroma oil roll-on.
