Perfume Bottle Crimping Tool Guide
'How to Choose the Right Spray Head by Bottle & Pump Type'

This guide provides a step-by-step overview of the entire capping process, from selecting the
appropriate head for your perfume bottle and spray type to completing the crimping,
making it easy even for first-time users.

You can quickly check which capping machine head to use for each perfume bottle and spray type currently
sold by CW, and follow the assembly process in the correct order to ensure successful, error-free operation.

Three Key Points for Selecting the Capping Machine Head

Check 1. Identify the type of perfume bottle you are using.
Check 2. Choose the spray type that matches your bottle.
Check 3. Select the dedicated capping machine head compatible with both the spray and bottle.

15mm Crimp Bottle Capping Machine User Guide

02-1. Changing the Capping HeadRemove the pre-installed crimp head from the capping head of the CW perfume bottle capping machine by turning it in the direction shown, then install the 15mm straight head for 15mm crimp bottles.

02-2. Adjusting the Support to Match the Bottle Size

Place the filled perfume bottle onto the support base, then turn the black support lever in the direction indicated by the arrow in the photo to secure it firmly in position.

02-3. Preparing the Spray PumpCut the spray tube slightly longer than the height of the perfume bottle, following the nozzle cutting guide.
Then insert the spray pump into the bottle and place it on the capping machine to prepare for crimping.

02-4. Adjusting the Compression Unit HeightUse the L-shaped hex key to adjust and secure the height of the compression unit according to the height of your perfume bottle.
* If the unit is not firmly secured, it may slide down during operation. Hold the capping machine body with both hands and tighten it securely.

** Based on the products currently sold by CW, all bottles from the lowest Adel Line 30 (approx. 6 cm) to the tallest Pisa 100 (approx. 16 cm) can be crimped using the black straight head. It is also compatible with other bottles up to approximately 22 cm in height.

02-5. CrimpingSlowly press the capping machine handle downward to crimp the spray pump tightly onto the perfume bottle.

02-6. CompletionPerfume bottles finished using the capping machine feature a spray inner seal that is fully crimped to the bottle, effectively preventing leakage and ensuring excellent fragrance retention.

Changing the Capping Head

When switching the capping head to match a different perfume bottle or spray type, rotate and remove the currently installed head, then replace it with the appropriate one.

* Mini Travel Spray Bottle – 13mm straight spray head
* 2 ml Mini Spray Glass – Mini straight spray head
* Magnetic overcap spray: First, use the crimp head; then switch to the 15mm straight head

03-1. Tip for Identifying Straight HeadsWhile visually similar, the underside structure of the heads differs.
Although the heads may appear identical at first glance, there are differences in the underside structure and in the diameter of the holes.

Assembling the Magnetic Overcap Spray

Magnetic overcaps are equipped with built-in magnets that attach securely to the perfume bottle, helping to prevent leakage and preserve the fragrance for a longer period. Compared to standard overcaps, they are also easier to open and close, offering greater convenience.
With the exception of a few narrow-width bottles currently sold by CW, most single perfume bottle products are compatible with the magnetic overcap and spray combination. As shown in the video, the magnetic overcap spray is assembled in two steps: first, use the crimp head to assemble the spray, then use the 15mm straight head to secure the inner magnetic cap.
