Creating a great fragrance is only the beginning. To turn your concept into a finished product, you need to select the right ingredients, develop your formula, verify the actual scent profile, and ensure stable, consistent production.

CW Custom Blend Service connects every step of this process in one seamless workflow. Based on a formula designed by you, your blend can be produced reliably from a minimum order quantity of 5 kg using CW’s professional production facilities.

The finished blend can be used in a wide range of products, including perfumes, diffusers, and room sprays. We also provide support with the relevant documentation required for product manufacturing.

Select the ingredients you want and design your own formula. From checking the estimated cost to having your blend custom-produced using professional production facilities, the entire process is streamlined into one seamless workflow.

[Guide] Searching for Ingredients

Search for and add the fragrance materials you want to use in your formula, one at a time.
Enter the product name of any Fragrance Oil, Perfume Base, Natural Ingredient, or Aroma Chemical currently available from CW into the search bar marked with the magnifying glass. Relevant fragrance materials will appear in the search results, allowing you to select and add the ingredients you want to your formula.

[Guide] Entering Your Formula

Enter the blending ratio for each fragrance material used in your formula.
For a 1 kg batch, enter the amount of each ingredient so that the total formula adds up to 1,000.
The remaining amount is automatically displayed based on the total of the formula entered, making it easy to check the overall blending ratio at a glance.

[Guide] Check the Price for 1 kg and Place Your Order

Check the estimated price for producing 1 kg based on the formula you created, then enter the desired quantity, starting from the minimum order quantity of 5 kg, and add it to your cart to place an order.

※ The quantity cannot be changed after the product has been added to your cart.
Orders of 10 kg or more are eligible for a 10% discount. As each blend is made to order, production begins after payment has been completed.

Q1. What is the CW Custom Blend Service?
Custom Blend is a service that blends and produces fragrance materials based on a formula provided by the customer. Rather than developing a new fragrance, we produce the desired blend according to the formula provided by the customer.

Q2. What is the difference between Custom Fragrance and Custom Blend?
Custom Fragrance is a service for developing a new fragrance based on the customer's requirements and creative direction. Custom Blend is a service that blends and produces fragrance materials according to a formula designed and provided by the customer.

Q3. Can CW provide a formula?
At this time, the Custom Blend Service does not include formula development or fragrance development. Customers must provide their own formula, and production can then be carried out based on that formula. Please verify the legal compliance and applicable regulatory requirements of your formula before placing an order.

Q4. Can I review a sample after production and modify the formula?
Custom Blend is a blending and production service based on a formula provided by the customer. It is not a fragrance development service involving multiple rounds of modifications. Therefore, formula modifications or additional development after production are not supported.

Q5. Can I receive multiple samples and adjust the fragrance over time?
Custom Blend produces the fragrance according to the formula provided by the customer. As such, the development process of creating multiple samples and making ongoing adjustments is not included. If you require the development of a new fragrance and ongoing modifications, please use the Custom Fragrance Service.

Q6. Can I cancel my order after payment?
Custom Blend is a made-to-order service in which each blend is individually produced based on the customer's formula. Therefore, order cancellation may not be possible after payment has been completed. Please carefully review your formula and production requirements before placing an order.

Q7. How are the formula and related materials I provide managed?
Yes. Your formula, blending information, and other related materials are treated as important customer assets and handled securely. We will not provide this information to any third party without your consent.

Q8. Does the Custom Blend price include contract manufacturing or processing fees?
The Custom Blend price covers the blending and production of the fragrance materials. If additional processing services, such as filling, repackaging, or packaging, or OEM manufacturing are required, the associated costs will be charged separately.

Q9. Can you produce finished products such as perfumes or diffusers?
Custom Blend is a service for blending and producing fragrance materials. If you require finished products such as perfumes, diffusers, or room sprays, please use a separate OEM service.

Q10. Can discontinued fragrances be produced through Custom Blend?
Discontinued fragrance materials may not be available for standard small-quantity sales. However, depending on inventory and production availability, bulk pre-orders may be possible. Whether a Custom Blend can be produced using a discontinued fragrance will also be determined after checking the availability of the raw material and production feasibility.
