This product is a highly concentrated fragrance ingredient. Please follow these precautions when using it:

• As a 100% concentrated formula, it is recommended that individuals sensitive to fragrances avoid direct use.
• Prolonged contact with materials such as non-chemically resistant plastics, paint, or grease may cause damage to those surfaces.
• For products like plaster air fresheners or perfume tags, ensure they do not come into direct contact with other items. Use clips, pouches, or other tools to maintain appropriate distance.
• This product may cause headaches or eye irritation in some individuals, so please use with caution.
• After use in education or work environments, ensure adequate ventilation.
• Avoid prolonged inhalation or skin contact with the concentrate, and always store it with the cap tightly closed.
• Keep the product out of reach of children and pets.
• Do not exceed the recommended dilution ratio.
• Store the product away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

Therefore, returns or exchanges due to change of mind or personal scent preference are not accepted. This policy is implemented to ensure that all customers receive products in their pure, uncontaminated condition, and any returned items are not re-distributed.

When used in combination with products from other brands, unexpected incompatibility may occur, and any resulting issues will not be eligible for return or exchange.
