Making a Christmas Wreath Wax TabletHere's how to take advantage of our newly released Winter Preserved Flowers, and tips for purchasing colored products to create an olive hue that coordinates with your tree colors so they can double as tree ornaments.
We've got a DIY Recipe for wreath tablets that'll have you envisioning binge-watching in front of a cozy fireplace on a cold winter's day, with the addition of Red and White Cinnamon Fragrance Oils to elevate the winter mood.
01
Need to Prepare
Material | Wreath Tablet Silicone Mold (4-Cavities), White Beeswax Pellets, Preserved Pepper berry (Red),Preserved Soft Hinoki, Preserved Chinese Tallow Tree, Preserved Tamarack Cone (white), Preserved tamarack cone, Preserved Mini Baby's Breath (Gold), Preserved Mini Fern (White), Olive Pigment Chips, Red, White & Cinnamon, Black Grosgrain Ribbon (5mm/1 Roll), Gold Eyelet No.2, Electronic Hot Plate, Infrared Digital Thermometer, Craft Heat Tool,
Digital Electronic Scale, Stainless Measure Cup 200ml, Tweezers, scissors, and a paper cup
02
Design a Flower
Lay out the Preserved Flowers you want to decorate and trim them to size with scissors.
03
Melting Wax
Measure and melt 25 grams of White Beeswax Pellets in a stainless steel beaker.
04
Coloring
Use the Olive Pigment Chips in the wax to achieve the desired color depth.* Pigment Chips are highly concentrated chips that can be used in small amounts to create vibrant colors.
Please test with small amounts to determine the right amount.

05
Measure and Add the Fragrance Oil
When the temperature of the wax is about 85℃, add 2.5 grams of Fragrance Oil and mix the wax and oil well with a glass wand for 1 minute.* Fragrance ratio: approximately 10% by wax volume.
** In the photo, we used the "Red White Cinnamon Fragrance Oil", which has a subtle cinnamon flavor that is perfect for Christmas.

06
Pouring Wax into the Mold
Warm the mold with a heat tool and slowly pour in the wax when it is around 80℃.* Beeswax has a tendency to harden quickly when the temperature drops, so making sure the mold is warm enough before using it will allow you to get the details and surface of the tablet just right.
07
Placing a Preserved Flower
When the surface of the wax begins to harden to a white color, top it with the reserved flowers you placed earlier to decorate.* Preserved Pepper Berry (Red), Soft Hinoki, Mini Baby's Breath (gold), Tamarack Cone, Tamarack Cone (White),
Mini Fern (White), and Chinese Tallow Tree were used in the photo to represent the winter season and Christmas spirit.
08
Decorating
Decorate the finished Wreath Wax Tablet with a Gold Eyelet No.2 and 5mm of Black Ribbon to finish it off.* Tie the ribbon by threading the gold eyelets through the wax tablet holes for a stronger decoration without getting wax on the ribbon.
