Prepare Your Materials

Measure the Fragrance Oil & Liquid Solubilizer

Based on a 250ml amber glass spray bottle, measure 5g of allergen-free fragrance oil to achieve a 2% fragrance concentration. Then, reset the scale to zero and measure 5g of liquid solubilizer at the same ratio as the fragrance oil.

* Fabric mists contain a high percentage of water-based ingredients, so a higher amount of fragrance oil can make proper solubilization more difficult. For this reason, a fragrance concentration of 1–2% is recommended.

** When using fragrance oils, it is recommended to determine the appropriate usage level by considering the fragrance characteristics, scent intensity, and ingredient-specific restrictions, while referring to the IFRA Standards to ensure compliance with product safety guidelines. For measurement accuracy, all volume-based measurements (ml) have been converted and expressed in grams (g).

Blend with the Liquid Solubilizer

Slowly stir the mixture with a glass stirring rod for at least 1 minute to ensure the fragrance oil and liquid solubilizer are fully combined.

* A solubilizer is an emulsifying aid used to help small amounts of oil disperse stably in water-based products. Caster Liquid remains in a liquid state at room temperature, making it convenient and easy to use. Since the compatibility of oils with water varies greatly depending on their characteristics, such as whether they are hydrophilic or non-polar, the level of solubilization may differ depending on the type of oil and base used. If proper mixing is not achieved, we recommend
testing different types of solubilizers to find the most suitable option.

** No single solubilizer can perfectly emulsify every type of oil. In particular, natural ingredients may show significant variations depending on their origin and composition, so a small-scale compatibility test is strongly recommended before
use. Even when the emulsion is stable, the liquid may appear cloudy depending on the characteristics of the fragrance oil. If no phase separation occurs, it can generally be considered suitable for use.

For a clearer and more transparent result, try pre-mixing the fragrance oil thoroughly with a small amount of solubilizer before combining it with the Fabric Mist Base.

Measure and Blend the Fabric Mist Base

Measure 240g of Fabric Mist Base.
(When measuring by weight in grams, the actual volume may vary due to differences in density. Please use the ratio as a reference.)

Add the measured Fabric Mist Base to the pre-mixed blend of fragrance oil and liquid solubilizer.
Stir thoroughly until the mixture is fully uniform, then check for any signs of phase separation.

Fill the Bottle

Carefully pour the finished fabric mist solution from the beaker into the spray bottle.
Fill slowly to maintain a uniform mixture and complete your custom fabric mist.

Apply the Label

Attach the Light Olive Custom Label at an appropriate height on the bottle.
Smooth out the surface carefully to remove any air bubbles or lifting, ensuring a clean and refined finish.
