The Scents of Korea Perfumery Blending Kit: 6 Scents (100ml × 6 Kinds) features six new perfumery bases inspired by Green Plum Blossom, Moon Jar, Steamed Rice, Juniper Wood, Sweet Flag Water, and Ginseng.

Designed to complement the existing Scents of Korea bases, these six new bases allow you to explore different accords and fragrance directions while expanding the possibilities of Korean-inspired scent creation.

Each base is provided in a 20ml size, for a total of six scents. Use them individually to explore each scent profile, or blend them with other fragrance materials to develop new fragrance directions and accords.

A perfumery base is a core fragrance material designed to express a specific olfactory concept with clarity.
It serves as a reference point when developing a fragrance and can be blended with natural materials
or added to fragrance oils to create a more dimensional and refined scent.

This kit includes six perfumery bases, each 20ml, inspired by Green Plum Blossom, Moon Jar, Steamed Rice, Juniper Wood, Sweet Flag Water, and Ginseng.
Six droppers are included, one for each base.

Point 2. Undiluted Perfumery Base

All fragrance ingredients (bases) sold by CW are sold undiluted.
Fragrance ingredients have different aromas and volatilization levels when diluted.
While diluted materials are often used in specific ratios for basic olfactory training, developing a deeper understanding of fragrance and applying it to finished products through blending requires practice with undiluted materials and experience in creating your own formulas.
For this reason, we believe that a product composed entirely of undiluted ingredients would be more valuable, hence our undiluted perfumery base.

- It is a highly concentrated, undiluted product, so it is not recommended for those sensitive to fragrances to handle it directly.
- If it is in contact with soft plastics, paints, oils, etc., that have no chemical resistance for a certain period, the part may be damaged.
- Products such as plaster air fresheners or perfume tags must not come in direct contact with other objects, and use tools such as clips or pockets to keep an appropriate distance.
- Depending on the individual, it may cause a headache or itching in the eyes.
- Provide adequate ventilation after training and work.
- Avoid inhaling the undiluted solution for a long time or never touching the skin, and always keep the lid closed.

Fragrance oils, natural ingredients, and perfumery materials may be perceived differently depending on the individual and may not suit personal preferences. For this reason, returns and exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances, even if the product has not been used.

To maintain the purity and integrity of the oils, returned items cannot be resold to other customers.
These bases are formulated specifically for use with CW products (e.g., perfume bases, diffuser bases). When used with products from other brands, unexpected incompatibility may occur. Any issues arising from such use are not eligible for return or exchange. Before purchasing in bulk, we recommend testing with a 20ml sample. Please review this information carefully before making your purchase.

When using the sample for safety confirmation of living chemical products (formerly, KC certification), the detection criteria may vary depending on the storage period and environment. Therefore, it is recommended to use the product within 6 months for optimal use.

What is a BASE Fragrance?
CW's fragrance oils are each composed of unique notes that blend harmoniously together. For example, “Wedding Day” contains notes of bergamot, muguet lily, jasmine, velvet rose, violet petal, soft woods, and musk. The ingredients that have individual notes, such as “jasmine” and “musk,” are called “base fragrances” in CW and can be used to create more original scents.

Base fragrances are made from a blend of synthetic ingredients and some natural oils, and are designed to be safe for use in cosmetics, candles, perfumes, and more. Adding base fragrances to your existing fragrance oils can give them a more personalized touch, and you can easily create your own original fragrance by combining 3 to 10 base fragrances in the right ratio. CW's base fragrances are made by dissolving powdered raw materials with minimal solvents to provide a high-quality fragrance.

For example, the 'Musk' scent is not a specific brand's identity, but rather a standard musk scent that perfumers use as a reference. This is to help those new to perfumery understand the properties of the base ingredients. These base scents can be useful at various stages of perfumery, from beginner to expert.

For first-time DIYers, using 'fragrance oils' is an easy and effective way to get started, and for instructors, we recommend using CW base scents as part of your class materials when teaching in the workshop. We also highly recommend that those new to fragrance try CW's base scents, which are the standard in the field.
