Perfume Bottle Capping Machine 4-in-1

The key to maintaining perfume quality lies in achieving an airtight seal that minimizes exposure to external air.

The 4-in-1 perfume bottle capping machine is designed to complete spray assembly more easily and efficiently, helping you improve productivity while ensuring consistent fragrance stability.

With the addition of the 13mm Straight Spray Head, the set now includes a total of four head types (as of January 14, 2026), allowing broad compatibility with the various perfume bottles and spray formats sold by CW.

Point 1. Product Configuration

This sleek, silver manual capping machine securely fastens perfume bottles and spray pumps with a simple press of the handle. Even during high-volume operations, it enables hygienic and efficient sealing, supporting a more professional product finishing process.

Point 2. Semi-Assembled Product

The unit is delivered in a semi-assembled state, as shown in the photos.
The package includes the main body, handle, two L-shaped hex wrenches for height adjustment and fixation, and four interchangeable heads. The capping machine measures 21 cm (W) × 25 cm (D) × 44 cm (H), and is compatible with bottles ranging from 2 cm to 22 cm in height.

Point 3. Selecting the Appropriate Head by Bottle and Spray Type

Based on the type of perfume bottle or room spray (mist) bottle sold by CW, please refer to the head
selection guide and replace the head accordingly.
The capping machine comes pre-installed with a metal crimp head featuring a tightening-type finish.

※ For orders placed and shipped on or after January 14, 2026, the mini spray head and 13mm straight spray head will be included as standard components.

Point 4. Quiet Operation Anywhere

The CW capping machine operates manually without the need for electricity or an air compressor, allowing for silent and comfortable use in any workspace. Its solid weight ensures stable crimping without wobble, delivering strong and consistent sealing with minimal effort.

Point 5. Adjustable Height Control

The height can be finely adjusted up or down by turning the adjustment screw on the rear of the unit using the included L-shaped hex wrench. Based on the bottles currently sold by CW, it supports stable crimping with the black straight head from the Adel Line 30 (approx. 6 cm in height) up to the Pisa 100 (approx. 16 cm), and is broadly compatible with a wide range of bottles up to 22 cm in height.

Point 6. Secure Crimping Without Slippage

Two circular support pads firmly hold the perfume bottle and spray pump in place, preventing twisting or slipping during operation and ensuring safe, stable crimping.

Capping Machine Assembly Instructions

make 1. Secure the Capping Machine Base and Column

Insert the column into the base plate, then use the L-shaped hex wrench to securely fasten the column to the base.

make 2. Secure the Crimping Unit of the Capping Machine

Insert the crimping unit onto the column, then secure it from the back using the L-shaped hex wrench. (If it is not tightened firmly, the crimping unit may slide down. Please hold it securely by hand while fastening.)

make 3. Secure the Handle

The handle insertion point is located on the right side of the crimping unit. Insert the handle and rotate it clockwise to secure it in place.

make 4. Adjust the Height of the Crimping Unit

To replace the capping head, adjust the height of the crimping unit upward and secure it in place.

make 5. Change the Capping Head

To cap the CW spray, replace the previously installed metal crimp head with the black plastic head designed for this use. (The capping head is secured deeply, so please rotate it fully until it is completely removed.)

make 6. Adjust the Support Stand

Adjust the support stand according to the size of the container. Turn the black knob clockwise to secure it in place.Position and fix the support stand facing backward, as shown in the photo.
