As a 100% concentrated formula, it is recommended that individuals sensitive to fragrances avoid direct use.

For products like plaster air fresheners or perfume tags, ensure they do not come into direct contact with other items. Use clips, pouches, or other tools to maintain appropriate distance.
This product may cause headaches or eye irritation in some individuals, so please use with caution.
After use in education or work environments, ensure adequate ventilation.
Avoid prolonged inhalation or skin contact with the concentrate, and always store it with the cap tightly closed.
Keep the product out of reach of children and pets.
Do not exceed the recommended dilution ratio.

Exchange/Refund

Fragrances, essential oils, and fragrance ingredients may vary in perception and may not suit everyone's preferences. Returns and exchanges are not accepted, regardless of whether the product has been used. This policy is in place to maintain the purity of the oils, as returned products are not resold.

CW's oils are designed to be compatible with our base products (such as perfume bases and diffuser bases). Using them with products from other brands may result in unforeseen compatibility issues. Exchanges and returns due to such issues are also not accepted.

We recommend testing with a 20ml sample before making a bulk purchase. Please ensure you are aware of this and make your purchase decision with care.

WHAT is a BASE?
CW's fragrance oils are crafted with unique notes that harmoniously blend to create distinct scents. For example, 'Wedding Day' features notes of bergamot, muguet lily, jasmine, velvet rose, violet petals, soft woods, and musk. Within these, ingredients like "jasmine" and "musk" are categorized as 'base notes' by CW, allowing for the creation of more distinctive and personalized fragrances.

Base notes are formulated by blending synthetic ingredients with some natural oils, designed for safe use in cosmetics, candles, perfumes, and more. Adding base notes to an existing fragrance oil enhances its character, and combining 3 to 10 different base notes in the right proportions enables you to craft your own unique scent. CW’s base notes are produced using minimal solvents to dissolve powder ingredients, ensuring a high-quality fragrance experience.
STANDARD OF FORMULA
When designing base notes, CW focuses on two primary criteria:
1. Utilization as a Fragrance Ingredient: Base notes are developed to be versatile and applicable in a wide range of fragrance combinations.
2. Standard Base Notes: We aim for base notes that represent standard ingredients in perfumery, rather than specific brand variations or altered scents.
For example, the 'musk' note is crafted not as a unique variation from a specific brand, but as a standard musk scent recognized by perfumers. This approach helps beginners understand the fundamental characteristics of base ingredients more easily. These base notes are valuable for both novice and experienced perfumers across various stages of fragrance creation.

For those new to DIY projects, using 'fragrance oils' is a straightforward and effective method. We also recommend instructors use CW base notes as teaching materials in workshops. Additionally, beginners in perfumery are encouraged to explore CW’s base notes, which adhere to industry standards, for a solid foundation in fragrance crafting.
